Batter for the pork was light and fluffy unlike other places. Can truly taste the difference here.

Not my favourite but of the 12 of us, 4 ordered this and wiped it clean hence it must be good!

This is one of my favourite dishes at Eleven Strands. We've got braised beef cheeks over buttery mash. Topped with red wine sauce, sautéed bacon's and mushrooms.

Crabmeat Pasta - generous amount of Crabmeat as there was Crabmeat in every bite.

This is a must have when you're at Eleven Strands. Really generous broth to go along with the pasta. Clams are plum and juicy.

Risoni broth goes perfect with the fresh sea bass. Appreciate the asparagus in the broth which adds a nice crunch to the dish.

Delicious breakfast. Big portion. Couldn't finish and had to dabao.

Since saving on 1 main might as well get the truffle fries. Portion is pretty big, almost 3 can share!

One of the more unusual looking dishes but I must say the flavours do come together very well.
