The salmon don was the clear winner. 3 types of textures and flavours. Quite a generous serving considering the price. The beef don was slightly losing its stand but the garlic bits added to flavoured crunch!
Had a great lunch date.

Prata was good. Layers were very obvious. Almost like a croissant prata. Plain was much better than egg. Yummy!

Started off with bread sticks and fresh vakes. The bread was so good. So so good. Eat it on the spot!
Appetizer - tart was so good. The partner got mozzarella cheese +$10 (imo... was so so).
Mains - not much of a selection but I got the broccoli pasta. Perfectly al dente but still not my favourite. Partner got the barrumundi - skin was crisp to perfection *crunch crunch crunch*. The barrumundi had a very balanced flavour. It was a winner. Surprising as their mains are usually more focused on pasta.
Dessert of the day. The trio was so good we enjoyed ourselves from cake 1 to cake 3.

Burpple 1 for 1 was great. $5 for 2 cups. Milk tea with honey Pearl's and macchiato with konjac. Honey Pearl's were not that honeyish but there was a different kind of chew compared to a normal pearl. The sugar level here is very minimal so if you want it sweeter, go up a notch. Konjac jelly was great!

The original chicken was delicious. The pasta was... like kids pasta. Sweet tomato sauce with melted cheese and sausages. Was skeptical to try it but cant say i didnt enjoy it. Indulgent day!
Although this stall is housed in a nondescript coffeeshop along Toa Payoh Lorong 7, it sticks out like a sore thumb thanks to the snaking queue that peeks out. Chef Neo, of Les Amis fame, serves a wet style of Hokkien Mee (from $4) that sees noodles simmered in a flavorful broth with generous portions of shrimp, sotong and pork belly. Pro-tip: Come by early to avoid the crowd — it opens daily from 10am till 2pm.

Worth the price and the beef was really really good. Generous amounts of beef was given which went really well with the peppery rice underneath!! Service was pretty slow because they were short of staff but worth the wait!
Unagi lunch set (~$15.80) was mediocre and nothing to shout about. Unagi wasn’t particularly tasty but one thing I liked was the sticky Japanese rice and the miso soup. Personally wouldn’t be back

Service and food are both amazing. The one for one deal is such a steal for such fine food. My husband and i both ordered the squid as appetizer having seen the many ravings about it. It was as many claimed here. Really good!!
I ordered the prawns pasta and my husband had the pork. He wolved it down super fast proving how much he liked it.
The blackforest cake is a must order! Apple tart was fine. We prefer the black forest cake.
