Both cold and hot green tea latte were pretty good.
A big yakiniku chain from Osaka opened up an outlet in Singapore. Cherry platter: Rosu, Jo-Karubi and Harami were super duper delicious that we ordered extra. The beef tongue(not in photo) was pretty decent where else the innards(not in photo) was quite bad.
The traditional Napoleon made with ChefÂ’s signature puff pastry, the strawberry version. It's so good that I'm willing to forfeit my dinner for their pastry.
A soft sponge that is made traditionally without baking powder nor any chemical raising agent. It is filled with fresh strawberries and luscious cream topped with summer berries and fresh fruits.
Pretty decent especially for the price $22++ per pax. Out of all the meats, the marinated beef was the best.
Waffle with Gula Melaka and pair it with a unique pandan flavour ice cream. This was so goodddd! I kinda prefer the texture of this waffle as compared to their Vanilla Ice Cream with Waffles drizzled in Salted Caramel. It's more moist. Green tea latte wise, it's better than Starbucks and taste exactly the same as my top favorite McCafe green tea latte. Just that it's too foamy that spoilt the drink by a little.
Ice-cream wise, normal but their waffle is exceptionally crispy!
Despite all the rave online and also a fan of green tea but I refused to take a 2nd bite for this.
Infusion with TWG tea with a strong infusion of alcohol
Sweet taste with a strong alcohol note.
Smoked salmon draped with luscious avocado mash and tipped with a thin layer of sabayon sauce, served between baked walnut rye bread.
An epicurean pleasure of savory goodness with golden shrimp nuggets buried in mentaiko fish roe sauce.
