Used the 1-for-1 burpple deal for our Saturday lunch. The place was a little out of the way but the cafe had a pretty nice ambience and was quite spacious as well.
I ordered the crabmeat pasta (wine sauce) and my friend ordered the wagyu and sausage brunch set. Although the prices are not cheap, the portions were quite big as well. I got the regular linguine instead of one of the homemade pastas and it was cooked just right. Sauce was also pretty good and sweet from the crabmeat and garlic used. I think there’s abit of coriander in the sauce also fyi.
My friend enjoyed the wagyu patty and sausage as well. But the wagyu patty was abit pink inside, not sure if it’s supposed to be like this for a patty. I ate a bite as well but nothing happened so I guess it’s okay? Other than that the brunch set also had other standard brunch items like egg, tater tots and salad. The croissant was quite nice and buttery as well.
Overall quite a nice tasting lunch. Portion for pasta was decent and portion for brunch is big. Quite worth the price with the burpple 1-for-1. Would come back to try other items next time.

Used the burrple beyond 30% off for our lunch. The place itself had very limited indoor seating but we managed to get an indoor seat as we came before the lunch crowd.
I had the steak and eggs while my gf had truffle mushroom pasta. The steak was a little tough even though it was cooked medium-ish. Also, I think the meal could use more salt as the meat tasted abit bland. However, when paired with the sauce it was much better. The bread was also quite nice as it tasted quite fresh/soft(?) despite the appearance.
The truffle mushroom pasta had quite a strong taste as well but also a little lacking in salt. Maybe it’s the trend for less salty food in CBD. It still tasted quite nice due to the natural taste of mushrooms but my gf felt quite jelak and didn’t finish it.🤡
Overall still a decent meal with the 30% discount but don’t think I’ll be back because I don’t like the small tables there.

Typical of fortune center, some seats in a separate area from the store. My friend and I ordered the Vongole Rigatoni and Ragu Fusilli using the 1-for-1 coupon.
Tasting sized portion was small but staff was very transparent about it and showed us the pasta portion beforehand. Suggest to upgrade both to full sized, looks pretty value for money as well. (Picture is tasting portion)
You can choose the type of pasta you want. Pasta itself is a little lacking in salt but the flavour of the sauce is pretty good. Would choose the pastas that have more surface area for the sauce in the future.
