Spaghet lunch 🍝 The marinara spaghetti was not bad for a Thursday lunch with the coworkers ✨ but the sauce was a bit underwhelming in the sense that there wasn’t that much flavor to it. But I did enjoy the pasta- it was more of like a linguine type! And the seafood was okay as well, again, it didn’t really have much flavor to it?? I guess this dish overall was okay but I feel like there are other amazing pasta dishes you can get for a cheaper price at other places. I guess this place is more catered to meats/bbq/grilling that kind of thing so I can understand why their spaghetti wouldn’t be amazing ya kno? Deal used: 1-for-1 main dish lunch

Chicken thigh The chicken was juicy and the accompanying salad was surprisingly tasty. The mashed potatoes were ok. The sauce could have been better but overall with a Burpple 1 for 1 deal it was a yummy and value meal.

Nice food to pair with beer or wine Seafood risotto was delicious. Ingredients were fresh and generous. My hubby had the chicken. Sauce was also delicious. We ended the meal with the pistachio dessert. Not really to my liking abit too sweet. And the ice cream was pandan flavour. Not pistachio. Was expecting for pistachio ice cream hehehe. Dark chocolate fiesta They had multiple dark chocolate with different richess. Ordered their 88% dark chocolate (+1) & Japanese Matcha to level up the richess. Dark chocolate was really rich in flavour & matcha balance it out. I like that the server pay attention to detail such as when I am looking for tissue and looking for cups. Overall, I like the environment and the service.

Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut & Rose Lychee cake slice. Got the Dark Chocolate Hazelnut cake slice and the Rose Lychee cake for the 1 for 1 cake slice deal. The chocolate Hazelnut cake was very sweet and moist. Was expecting less sweet with more intense cocoa flavour and the Rose Lychee cake was on the drier side with a subtle rose flavour and faint hint of lychee. Service was great and nice ambience.

Imaginative Menu Hands down for the creativity of the menu. I ordered a lovely cocktail with pipa gao, longan and hawthorn. The house wings dipped in red beancurd batter was deep fried to perfection.

Luxurious Saffron Gold A stunning plate of pasta, featuring dainty sheets majestically slicked with saffron gold — this glistening 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶 𝗔𝗶 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗶 𝗘 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲 ($28) is probably one of their most popular items. Just as the sauce's tantalising saffron-infused hue hints at, this was liquid gold. A truly luxuriating cream sauce injected with the richness of prawns, scallops, and green peppercorn. One might be wary of how tediously heavy such a combination might turn out, but it was well balanced with just the right amount of creaminess and robust depth to be enjoyable. Pizza Can’t really recall what pizza this was, but it was the thin crust kind, which I really like. Wished it could have been a bigger portion for their price though.

Seafood pizza Seafood pizza was decent. However, I believe that the establishment have changed and the seafood pizza no longer has a scallop on each slice, and has been replaced with clams instead. Rating 6.3/10

Pandan waffle flat white Was skeptical of the name but this really surprised us with its distinct floral pandan aroma and almost buttery creamy finish. Bought a bag of beans home to enjoy and it was just as good as in store!

Brekki for champions Hearty and filling spread with sourdough, poached eggs, maple espresso bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, and pork sausage.

Eggs Benedict Went with the unique stewed beef option and enjoyed the perfectly poached eggs and well-marinated beef. The brioche was airy albeit dry, and could do with more hollandaise sauce or butter for added moisture to the dish.

Herit8ge’s Gin Gao Cheng Teng ($22++) Think Cheng Teng but with alcohol . Local sweet dessert with dried longans, white fungus, red dates and gin . Served cold .

Hainanese Cordon Bleu ($25++) Breaded pork loin with cheese, ham, slathered in sweet & sour sauce with potatoes, onions, green beans . Served with nyonya achar & keropok fried crackers .

Charsiu-licious ($28++) Char Siu with a Western twist . Oven baked pork ribs glazed with Char Siu BBQ sauce, served with kueh tupat rice & nyonya achar .
