Delicious Waffles And Fries Ordered the 忘不了waffles and truffle fries via pick-up today. The waffles go very well with the condensed milk and maple syrup. It is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The truffle fries are fragrant and it is enough to serve 2 to 3 people.

忘不了 Waffle w/ Ice Cream Another notable dish is their 忘不了 Waffle, a mix of classic, red & blue velvet with condensed milk, parmesan cheese & melted marshmallows topped with an ice cream of your choice. Loved the combination of crispy, sweet and savoury in this dessert!

Mala Mac & Cheese ($15.90) Cheesy oven baked elbow pasta simmered in mala sauce with mushroom and bacon topped with half boiled egg and parmesan cheese. This was so damn delicious, that we finished the whole bowl within minutes! With the stringy and salty melted cheese, the spicy mala added another dimension of flavour to the dish. Together, they made for a lively and unstoppable party of flavours! Highly recommended!

Premium Dory with Salted Egg & Chilli Crab Sauce They used the dory fish and each topped with either salted egg sauce or chilli crab sauce. I find the sauce wasn’t too overwhelming, but the chilli crab sauce did taste mild spicy. Accompanied by fries and coleslaw.

underrated must try for truffle lovers hawker stall with one of my favourite truffle pastas ($12.90 i think?). used to grab order this every time i had carby cravings and i decided to try it irl. sauce is scrumdumyumdelicious, truffle is strong and the spaghet has a good bite to it. it’s just really good. they have a few outlets so if you’re passing by try it. trust! con (👎🏾) wait time that day was 30 mins, not sure why but they told us in advance! weren’t on a time crunch so we just walked around the neighbourhood and it was a non issue

Schnitzel with Curry Rice Classic Fish & Chips + Schnitzel with Curry Rice here. Schnitzel with Curry Rice This plant-based schnitzel is fried till excellent. Thin Crispy on the outside, tender & juicy on the inside, it has everything you expect from a schnitzel. The curry here is seriously good as well. The aroma & taste when add to the rice & schnitzel brings it to another level. The egg is super runny adding creaminess to the rice as the yolk flows down the rice.

Pan Fried Fish And Grilled Chicken Rosti A final meal at this Neighbourhood cafe that holds fond memories of my secondary school period before it closes down for good coming 13th June. Mediocre food but I'll definitely miss this homegrown cafe and it's nostalgic ambience. A pity that it has to go due to rental conflict.

Baked Rosti And Cheese (Chicken) It was not dry and the cheese goes well with it!!

Mushroom Soup The soup goes well with the garlic bread! The garlic bread was delicious

Blue Burger ($45++) Tanuki Raw has recently launched their new Blue Burger, exclusively available at their National Design Centre outlet. This burger includes a 250g hand-chopped premium wagyu beef short rib tartare patty that’s lightly seared and seasoned with Tanuki Raw's sianature spice blend, sandwiched between soft and fluffy slow-roasted Yaki Imo Milk Bread, and topped with house pickles and Emmental cheese. If you like your beef on the rarer side, this is definitely the burger for you! It is also served together with a side of Mentai Cheese Waffle Fries that are crispy and savoury! Spicy Black Pepper Beef Pasta ($19.50) A salty and peppery dish, making it difficult to stop eating. The sauce of this dish is similar to the black pepper beef dish you get at Zichar stalls. They are quite generous with the beef too. Fans of black pepper will definitely enjoy this dish - it reminds me of Swensens’ Black Pepper Seafood Pasta - a childhood favorite of mine. I liked the fragrance of the black pepper in this dish and would order it again with the Beyond 1-for-1 deal. As for paying for this full price, I would probably consider. We visited on a Sunday evening and managed to get seats quite easily. Service was good.

“Bar Chor” Foie Gras Pasta ($18.50) Tagliatelle tossed with minced pork stew - didn’t really taste anything like the real bar chor mee honestly, it didn’t taste bad per se but it wasn’t similar to our familiar local noodle dish at all. The seared pork shabu slices tasted like dry bacon strips - we thought it was air fried bacon strips. Foie gras was fine. Overall, I think the idea of this dish is good but the execution could do some work. Definitely wouldn’t pay full price for this but with the Beyond 1-for-1 deal, it was okay-ish. We visited on a Sunday evening and managed to get seats quite easily. Service was good.

Brown Sugar Coffee Milk From PasarBella. Level 1 of Suntec 虎 Tiger Sugar Mix Boba + Mini Pearl & Tiger Coffee Jelly topping. Interesting combination of blended brown sugar & chilled creamy milk. Almost non-stop chewing experience. Not bad.

Nikumaki Nabe Wanted a nabe and can't go wrong. Unfortunately, the tonkotsu yuzu kosho soup was mediocre. I can't remember the last time I didn't finish a nabe's soup. Ingredients were also iffy. Thank god for the beef skewers, which were paired with sausage, Japanese leek and enoki mushrooms. They salvaged the dish.

Salmon Cream Omurice This was promising but the reviews were right about one thing: the white rice beneath the omelette was too independent of the cream or the egg or the salmon, and crippled the dish. Fish was also the worst kind of salmon, although cream sauce is always welcome.

Chilled Udon With Stewed Pork Two underrated dishes at the appetiser bar. The noodles weren't really udon and more like Hokkien mee or linguine. It was tasty. Meat was quite Chinese and I guess that's a good thing haha.

Last night yummilicious dinner at @therotisseriesingapore using the $20 voucher which i won from @suntecrewards! Shared this Half-Chicken with potato salad and rocket leaves with bestie! Service lacking graciousness very confusing Burpple Beyond rules for this establishment, so we clarified w the waitress, who told us that the tacos were 2 for 1, that the pair of more expensive tacos would be charged. But when we made payment, it turned out that we were informed wrongly. Yet, the cashier on duty did not give us the 1-for-1 as the waitress had initially told us. Extremely disappointed with their lack of graciousness in recognizing their own error

salmon with yuzu aioli not the best salmon don i've had, i went there with quite high hopes as i've read the reviews before going there. the salmon and rice was overcooked, the yuzu aioli was given in small amounts and it didn't really have the yuzu taste. dissappinted really, but i would go back to try their other dishes. taste: 7/10

Still one of my favourite places for rice bowl as I kept going back for their Yuzu Salmon Bowl ($12.90). Grilled salmon fillets bathed in light zesty yuzu sauce topped with chives, accompanied by two perfectly grilled baby corns and a house made salad. For those who like a more citrusy taste, just squeeze the lemon wedge at the side.
