Nutritious and all-rounded protein-packed breakfast with cheese, tuna and eggs! The salty cheese complemented the tuna well, and eggs are, as always good on its own. Loving this healthy breakfast prepared lovingly by Le mummy!
In love with this almond fish snack that comes in handy packs of 12 at $5.95! They are crispy with that nice and sweet saltiness to it, coupled with the generous strips of almonds! Toast to calcium loading and strong bones! 💪
The most expensive item on the menu, this dish was certainly worth it's price tag. Filled with generous and large slices of thinly sliced wagyu that were served medium rare, they were so delectable and amazing. Goodness all in a piping hot bowl!
Another close up of the tender honeycomb tripe nom!
For only $9.90, there was a generous portion serving of fresh rice noodles, beef steak slices, beef tendon, beef honeycomb tripe and beef ball. The soup was refreshing with a hint of spicyness from the chili, and the squeezing of lime accentuated the taste. They claim to not have any MSG, and the soup was surprisingly flavourful, yet clear and not greasy. Totally worth it for the price and I'll definitely be back!
Received a 10% discount after showing my student card, and honestly, I wasn't expecting much from such food courts. Also not a big fan of sheng yu, as I only tend to eat mackerel (batang) fish for fish soups, I still went ahead to give it a try. Surprisingly, soup was clear and flavourful with an aromatic wine fragrance, and the fish slices and prawns were fresh and sweet! The lady was nice enough to peel the prawns for me as well (as there was no queue)
This was the first time we have seen such an incredibly cute shortcrust pastry pie stamped with the initials 'CM' that stood for Chicken mushroom. It was filled with tender chicken chunks, and the pastry wasn't too soggy. Came with greens and chips but we swapped all for chips instead.
Was a rather filling portion filled with bacon and mushroom. Garlicky and strong in taste. It went well with our add-on pork bratwurst sausage ($4).
Enjoying my healthy dose of nutty snack nibbles consisting of baked almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans and cashews! It's really addictive as I eat them directly from the container, and I pretty much can't stop as much as I want to. Mixed them on my own as I always purchase them from the dried goods stall at Albert food centre!
Quite the most expensive item on the menu due to the usage of tenderloin - supposedly a higher-end quality cut of beef that laced the transparent chewy rice noodles that were well cooked. Soup was light and sweet, filled with spring onions, bean sprouts and onions. Tenderloin were indeed tender, but pity they were sliced a tad thin. Slurped it all clean anyway!
Soup was light and good, noodles were cooked well.
