The food here was good. I went with a friend and we enjoyed the meal overall. The standout for me was the claypot chicken rice, nicely smoky with tender chicken and some crispy bits of rice at the bottom that gave it a good texture. It came with a small shot of chicken broth, which I found interesting. It reminded me of chicken essence but with a deeper, more flavorful taste. Overall, a pleasant dining experience with dishes that were satisfying.
The food here was amazing! I went down with my partner and we had such a great time. The steak was just spot on – juicy, flavorful, and cooked so well that we were both just nodding at each other after the first bite. We also had the mac and cheese, which was wholesome, cheesy, and so comforting (definitely one of those dishes that makes you feel good inside). The bone marrow was another highlight – so rich, buttery, and just packed with flavor, I honestly wanted more of it. Service-wise, everything was top notch. The staff were really attentive without being over the top, making sure we had what we needed and checking in at just the right moments. It added to the whole experience and made the night even better. All in all, just a great meal with great vibes.
Amazing night at One Prawn & Co. I visited their previous outlet (before they moved) and the standard has only increased! Im not a person who usually likes seafood, but somehow these seafood are handled amazingly and they taste a cut above other seafoods i have tried. The non-seafood stuff is also amazing and I had a great time. I also saw how the staff interacted with one another and with chef gwen (who was there and cooked for my partner and i!), and i think there must be quite a good working environment for the staff. The staff were able to tease one another and play a little while working, even as the service standard remains impeccable. Excellent place for a night out.
Had a good char siew omelette rice and chicken wings and milk tea! I really liked the chaw siew's good fat to meat ratio, very nicely seasoned and roasted! Chicken wings were flavourful and milk tea was sweet. Nice place with good vibes.
Overall loved the visit. Good atmosphere for celebration or cute date. The service was excellent. They came to ask me if i need anything and of the food is good. Their buddha jump over the wall was GOOD STUFF. I also liked their noodles and the appetiser we ordered. The meats in the appetiser was v fragrant.
Tasty food and lovely open air concept! Food portions were big and filling. Loved the pork knuckle cos it was super big and shiok. Location was cosy yet open air, with decorations and surroundings that made it a good place to relax and chitchat. We went while it was drizzling it really felt breezy and almost air-con. I think u could try to catch the sunset in the evenings but today it was too cloudy to even see the sky, sadly.
Good meal! Had a braised duck and yong tau fu, and both were pretty good and filling. The duck was nicely braised and i left pretty happy :)
Had a great time here! We ordered the Trio speciality beef noodles, black sesame sauce noodles, cold century egg tofu and pickled radish, plus one honey milk tea. My faves are the sesame noodles, which were fantastic and very shiok, and the tofu, which was super flavourful! :D
really good korean food! it had the korean street food vibes but still a bit fancy feeling. cant quite remember the names but i had the beef slices, truffle noodles thing and some fried glass noodles, all of which tastes fantastic. especially the beef slices,so tender and juicy and flavourful. be sure to come early cos the queue is looooooooong. but of course good food must queue.
good yogurt drinks! very creamy and nice sweet drinks. i had the brown sugar drink which just hit right on my sweet tooth. also got a strawberry yogurt drink as an afterwork treat, which was a great end to my work day :)
lovely pub for drinking beer and having an excellent set of pork ribs. really tasty and great atmosphere. has tv screens for screening football too, it seems.
Lovely dining experience! Had the pork belly, truffle cheese pasta and a refreshing lemonade mocktail. The pork belly was nice and tender and the accompanying carrots were actually tasty. I personally dislike veggies so me actually prasing the taste of a veggie means a lot :D the truffle pasta also had a straong enough truffle taste which is fantastic, and was creamy! There was a cover charge but thats expected since they do explain that theyre charging at the true cost (like their namesake!) and so the cover charge ensures that they can continue charging at lowered prices.
