Prawn Noodles This prawn noodles stall could easily missed even though they are actually facing the front main road. Yet Liang Seah Street Prawn Noodle stall has a long history, serving their prawn noodle since 1946 and continue till today at this food centre. A lovely and robust flavour on my first sip of the soup. Comes with delicious half peeled prawn and sliced pork.

Alpaz 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐛 ($9) - Creamy hummus with minced lamb that goes well with the soft pita. 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐛 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐚 ($4) - Crispy addictive bites filled with minced lamb. 𝐀𝐥𝐩𝐚𝐳 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝 ($6) - Refreshing salad with greens, tomato, and crispy cracker tossed in a tangy sesame sauce. Mandy 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐛 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐲 ($13) - An entire shank with fork-tender meat. Was never a fan of lamb because of the gaminess but this is was free of the funky flavour and enjoyable, especially when paired with the aromatic and fluffy basmati rice. Also enhanced by homemade sauces of Mushakkal gravy and lamb soup. Shark This is quite delicious. Flesh was firm, but there's a lot of gelatinous parts and cartilage which was lovely

Salted fish Minced meat patty Mainly a minced meat patty, topped w small bits of salted fish. Tender w a little bit of chew, pepper taste was present and overall mild profile Good stuff

Bittergourd w salted egg One of the very best versions for home style. Bittergourd texture was good, not v bitter at all. Salted egg was mildly savoury and not overly salty, works V well
