Serviced with Südtirol speck, schmalz (lard) and pickled cucumber (my favorite part) which go best with the sourdough; trout and horseradish go best with rustic bread.

Here at Thip Samai, where is always mentioned at the best Pad Thai in Bangkok, you can always see huge crowds queuing at the shopfront even before it open at 5pm. The restaurant opened in 1966 in the heart of old Bangkok, serving varieties of Pad Thai dishes includes the Pad Thai with fried egg, Pad Thai wrapped in egg crepe, vegetarian Pad Thai or you can upgrade your plate to Supreme Pad Thai which comes with bigger prawns. Each dish was cooked to order.

My mom and I tried the Supreme Pad Thai wrapped in egg crepe and regular Supreme Pad Thai, there weren't much differences in tastes but we both preferred the one wrapped with a perfectly-cooked thin crepe. -
Besides the legendary pad Thai, Thip Samai is also famous for its fresh orange juice which was one of the best I've had.

The savory one comes with shredded coconut and dried shrimps. Sweet one was topped with shredded egg and sugar.
