The clams are plump from the baking and filled with its own slight brininess and sea saltiness. Practically tasting the ocean in a bite!
It's a hot favourite so do call in advance to check if they have it in stock for month of May.

Sadly, it was a disappointing experience. Overly thin cuts of sashimi which were of below expected freshness (textures and taste wise) on a Friday. Hotate was the freshest with some sweetness.
Unlikely to revisit especially with poor service as well.
