Savoury croissant just taste more cohesive with the buttery pastry compared to the salted egg one where the filling is more sweet than salted. However crab filling is a tad too stingy.

A generous portion of Foie gras with juicy beef slices and onsen Tamago on a bed of delicious rice. I finally know why many say the truffle smell/taste is non-existent as the sauce on the foie gras is a little too much a d too sweet. That's the only gripe.
