Ordered the lunch set that came with a appetiser (lobster bisque), mains and a dessert for 58++. Came with bread as well. The steak was juicy, service was good, the ambience was great.
Decided to give it a try while walking around rochester. Each pie plus a drink cost around 9.90 to 11.90. The pie is passable though not fantastic. The cafe is a good spot to spend the afternoon, no doubt.
This is my second time here. We went on a sunday evening and it wasnt crowded. We had the ala cart buffet for 49.90++. The variety is pretty good, the fried oyster is a must-try, so are the churros and prawns. The pork is alittle tough. Overall it was a good experience.
I did a take away with very minimal quene. And i felt that it was over rated. The crust and tart is still nice but definitely not worth queuing for.The one from hk was way better. Also ordered a polo bun which tasted very normal.
Looks simple but the broth is really tasty. The price is pretty reasonable as well.
Ordered the all-in-one bowl, cost 28.90. Alittle pricey for a coffeeshop but portion is huge. They are generous with the ingredients, the meat were not soggy despite the sauce. Very good.
Love both the food and the ambience. Ordered the pumpkim salad and beef burger, the salad was great and crunchy, while the beef was fat and juicy. Despite the place being crowded it was not too noisy (unlike many cafes). Used the entertainer app for the mains. Alittle pricy on a-la-carte thou
Awesome! Love how the lychee and rose taste spreads in the mouth
The beef was just nice and fresh!
Had a good time there. Not too crowded on a monday evening. Food is nice the ribs were not too hard. And we ordered an angus beef.
Came here with my family for reunion and to celebrate my mum's bday. Was very pleased with their service despite a relatively huge crowd. The staff were prompt and attentive and even provided a complimentary slice of cake. The spread was surprisingly extensive, but the asian spread (saturday's special) were kind of disappointing. The seafood were not at its freshest as well, but the dessert is a not to be missed. Overall it was a very good experience.
Had this on a sunday evening, the service was bad from most of the staff except for one. Our reservation was left out, clearing of plates were not prompt. Spread wise wasnt too extensive but pretty decent. There is a good mix of local food, a yusheng was there too in conjunction with cny. Personally like the fortune chicken.
