Black truffle ramen ($16.90) with shavings of black truffle, an oozing onsen egg, noodles al dente style (opt for 'hard' if you like your noodles to be of a firmer bite) and charred slices of char siu. Service was efficient and friendly even though the place was packed on a Monday night. I enjoyed this dish, and will probably order it again the next time I'm there.
