100g Fresh Tomatoes
25g Scallion
15g Red Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Button Mushroom
1 tsp Crushed Chili Flakes
A dash of Ground Pepper
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Served with:
2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
1 cup Dole Tropical Fruit Cups
