Churros with dulce de leche and chocolate sauce. Too bad the chocolate is made with coverture!
Hot cacao. Pan de sal with kesong puti (literally, "white cheese", farmer's cheese made with water buffalo milk). Dunked that stuff into the cacao.
Fried suman (sticky rice cake) with stewed mangoes. And Antipolo cashews in water buffalo ice cream. Everything really fresh here!
