Instead of greek yogurt, ate a serving of fat free cottage cheese paired with fiberone cereal :). The texture was so soft & creamy and made a good combo with the cereal. #success
Boiled chicken for the first time and replaced rice with 2 pieces of toast for good carbs. With veggie on the side :3
From the beach walk :3 Brown rice, onions, cilantro, beans, tomatoes and cucumber :) good preworkout meal def. under five bucks so I got a free meal!
