Yesterday morning • Instead of flat white, I had butternut squash soup while planning this week's menu. Planning ahead makes my life so much easier! ;) I realised I can't quite get my work done whenever I'm home. I'm often distracted and will always end up doing something else! -_-

Food prices are a little unfriendly to the pocket but the flourless chocolate cake topped with Nutella was worth its price tag at just $6-$6.50!
Best tau sar piah ever imho. Fluffy, light, neither too sweet nor salty, no stinky oil/ghee/butter taste, I just found out about this 80 year old shop this week and we're on our second box already!
Do give Poh Guan Cake House's tau sar piah a try. Support traditional dessert/pastry/snack! ;)
