This is comparable to that famous stall in ghim moh. Love love the wok hei of the kway teow. The beef is sooo smooth and chewy. Damn worth it.

First time trying this Filipino dish which is similar to our ice kacang. Do away with all the food colourings, condensed milk and add flavourful ingredients like coloured jelly cubes, red bean, attap chee, corn, papaya cubes, caramel flan and fragrant yam ice cream, and you will get this yum dessert. To eat it, you pretty much have to stir everything together which proves to be challenging, given how much ingredients this dessert contains. I definitely enjoyed it more than our ice kacang. There wasn’t a single moment of gelatness and I enjoyed the experience of finding new ingredients within the icy and beautiful mess and savouring each mouthful of goodness.
This might or might not be the best halo-halo in town, but to me this first experience was amazing.

Generous portion. Decent taste. Average satisfaction. Good price (price on menu is nett without ++).

German beer ($10) 🍺 is the best steal on the menu.

This place would usually be crowded with customers and one would normally have to queue to get a seat, but my sister and I arrived at about 10pm and by then, only a handful of tables were occupied.

This dish (I have 0 clue as to its name) is a favourite among locals and it is basically fried bee hoon that is flattened into a 'pancake' along with the omelette and veggies hidden beneath.

It was a great dish that was devoured within minutes. I would recommend having it with the chilli provided, it took the beehoon to another level!

Another great dish was the lala with chilli and garlic sauce. The lala was so fresh and big, the sauce did not disappoint as well!
