No, it's not the same as mac & cheese - it's better. This hotplate is filled with dainty handmade tortellini (made by Jaan alumnus, chef Tryson) stuffed with cheese, smothered in more cheese with cream and bacon, and topped with even moreeeee cheese! So in love 😍😍😍

We all know how salmon is easily overcooked. We all had that bad experience of dry and tough salmon. What I like about this dish is that the salmon is cooked just nice. Salmon and dill, what could go wrong with this combo?

I can't emphasise enough how heavenly good this braised beef is. The beef was tender and the sauce was well infused with the beef flavour. I'm never a fan of mashed potatoes so crushed potatoes was just my thing. A very flavourful comfort good indeed.
