Pizza with cauliflower crust. I used 2 cups cauliflower rice (drained & dried), 3 tbsp almond meal, 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese, 2 egg whites, herbs and spices to make the crust. Tasted great but it didnt hold as well as I'd like it to.

White truffle chocolate! I don't mean chocolate that looks like truffle, I mean truffle... the real deal... the tartufo... coated with white chocolate! Uam uam uam!

Dinner party with the housemates last night - Indonesian Peranakan semur beef stew, Filipino chicken adobe, Russian golubtsy stuffed cabbage, Thai salad and Korean bulgogi bbq beef. Not shown in picture are Paleo ice cream and Filipino mango float. All these for 5, of cos no one got that memo. 😁
