This was a bit of a let down, taste wise was good but crispness I think the one at Salted Pig is actually better. Portion, this is not tapas size, very size-able for two.

that's basically what it is but they had a fancier name for it. don't get me wrong it's amazing!
new twist from the traditionally known suckling pig, it's not just the fried skin look out for the gravy too.
