Be warn that the soy sauce can be quite rich for those who are not used to their taste but definitely worth the dip!
After finishing all the noodles, the obasan will pass you a pot of hot soba water for you to mix with the soy sauce and drink it up. Interesting experience at a popular restaurant and do expect queue during lunch hours!
