Terong Raos is deep fried eggplant; and it was really crispy outside and soft on the inside. This is a Sundanese specialty and it’s really yummy!
Karadok Tempe is a savoury kind of Tempe, and it was very flavourful. It can be pretty salty too but it’s still good!
Gurame Rica, which is fried fish with a chilli sauce. The chilli wasn’t spicy and the fish was crispy too. We also got ayam bakar (grilled chicken at the back) which was really tender in texture.
