From the ambience to the food, The House Chungdam is an elegant and refreshing take on Korean BBQ. The space is contemporary, and the food is authentic yet shows hints of innovation.
For BBQ meats, we chose a serving of Marinated Boneless Beef Short Rib and Pork Jowl. Both were great cuts and carefully cooked to perfection by the staff. I personally preferred the beef for its tenderness and taste.
We also ordered a Cheese-Potato Jeon which has fluffy-textured potatoes from Gangwon, the birthplace of Jeon.
I was also pleasantly surprised and amazed to find that I left the restaurant without experiencing strong lingering food scents!
