We might have skipped a whole year of the Michelin Guide Singapore, but yesterday it returned with the 2021 star revelations for a whopping 49 restaurants around the island, throwing in 9 new additions onto the list for the first time. In addition, the Michelin Guide added three new places, The Coconut Club, Da Shi Jia Big Prawn Mee, and Kotuwa to the Bib Gourmand List last month.
Restaurants with 3 Michelin Stars
After debuting in the 2019 edition with 2 Michelin Stars, Zén has been promoted to 3 Stars in 2021, the highest possible accolade in the guide! With this, Singapore is now home to a total of three 3-Star restaurants.
