Finally tried their chendol after a long time lol. But then their chendol ($3.80) was really homemade taste tbh especially green jelly. Gula melaka taste quite nice tbh also but too sweet for me tbh.

Their Grass Jelly with Taro & Sweet Potato Balls was quite shiok, thought not exactly the most spectacular dish to order here!

This might be one of the BEST CHENDOL in SG, hands down! A bit late to the party but we found our new favourite spot for traditional homemade desserts from Yat Ka Yan 一家人 @yatkayan! A bowl of their OG chendol will set you back by $3.20, but it's worth the long queue and calories! The folks there have nailed the golden proportion of gula melaka, shaved ice and coconut milk, and I enjoyed the distinct pandan aroma from the pandan jelly (which btw is thicker and firmer than most places & I love it)! 💚 If you want something more indulgent, upgrade your chendol with a generous dollop of their D24 durian purée (for $3 more) as we did! Not as stinky as we would have liked, but still creamy and rich like those freshly peeled from the shell itself.
