Avg but the dipping sauce is extremely good

The prices have been rising. Used to be a very affordable place but now the prices are 8bucks a bowl, which is quite something for somewhere so out of the way

It's their rougamo filling w mee hoon kueh basically. The meat is still really good but it doesn't adhere well to the noodle sheets. And honestly there's nowhere near enough of it

The seasoning is that of 油泼面 so it's still really good, so I guess if you see this is that except with meat, you would be happy but honestly it doesn't rlly work as a dish

But still decent overall ofc

It seems light but it's very addictive. like kway teow but stretchier, the texture is lovely. Gluten had quite a lot of bite and really worked here. Sauce had some heat, sourness which was beautiful, and although it didn't have much body, there's sufficient umami and you don't feel like it's lacking

Just perfection and a must try if you're here

It's not ridiculously tender as before, they definitely changed the beef. Now it's closer to what you expect from Chinese BBQ, alright but not stunning, some pieces are more tender some more sinewy

This is the portion, it's fixed

They were very well cooked, texture was excellent but the sesame sauce is thick and not for everyone because it lacks umami
