🥧 S'mores Pie
📍Windowsill Pies (@windowsillpies)
📌 Multiple Outlets
💰 $7.80

Ive had this pie 3 times now and each time I'm impressed. The tart base is really unique as its a combo of flaky and crunchy tart crusts. So buttery and fragrant. The chocolate filling is rich with both a chocolatey and malty taste. The marshmallows are also really delightful, soft and bouncy.

🥧 Rum & Apple Pie
📍Windowsill Pies (@windowsillpies)
📌 Multiple Outlets
💰 $7.80

I dont even like alcohol but this is bussin. The rum taste isnt too overwhelming, it adds just enough dimension of flavour to the pie. The apples are also soft and delicious, nicely caramelised with a cinnamon taste. Windowsill pies has some of the best pies imo, theyve yet to let me down!

While Tiger Lily draws the crowds down the road in Joo Chiat, Windowsill whips out yet another understated stunner with the Banana Almond Brittle Pie. Equal parts fluffy cognac cream and sweet banana parfait, this is blissful indulgence that’s worth every calorie.

The unbridled levels of chocolatey goodness in the form of layers of milk chocolate pudding and thick dark chocolate fudge make for a rather rich slice of decadence that’s best savoured shared between two. Fluffy toasted smoked marshmallows and home-made graham crackers artfully arranged atop the pie complete the s’mores experience.

@windowsillpies ushers in Thanksgiving and Halloween with a butternut squash pumpkin pie. It’s sweet, creamy and comforting, set in a buttery, short crust and topped with an indulgent dollop of Bourbon vanilla cream.

Catch this spooktacularly good seasonal pie before it’s gone.

An impossibly smooth, refreshing and utterly tangy lemon curd takes centre stage here. Specked with pockets of strawberry jam and topped with torched piped meringue, every element of this pie is impeccably executed and well-balanced, making it one of the best versions I’ve tried.
