πŸ₯— Salmon Poke Soba ($10 + $2 for additional salmon): Cha soba + Salmon sashimi cubes (marinated in wasabi/ soy sauce ??) + Edamame + Corn + Cucumbers + Cherry tomatoes + Sous vide egg.
Healthy, simple and filling β€” can’t go wrong!

Enjoyed this relatively healthy bowl, which came with furikake rice, ribeye beef, foie gras, kimchi, spinach, beansprouts, sous vide egg & aojiso dressing. The beef was juicy and not at all dry, and I liked the buttery foie gras! The portion is really huge as well, so maybe you can split this with a friend who’s also a small eater. This was v affordable (

Hot brown rice/chewy green tea soba noodles go very well w avocado, sous vide egg and seasoned chicken breast. Fills you up all the way till dinner

I love their soba noodle with salmon is a healthy meal and i will visit them often to buy hehe

They did the noodles right. Soba was cold, refreshingly drenched w wasabi and very tangy. Fish was also not too tough. Very worth cbd lunch at $10! Easy to find seats too.

Foie gras was seasoned very well and very generous portions of beef 😍 and your choice of base (Red Rice/Udon/salad) very worth for the price we paid πŸ˜†

Chicken Soba ($10.9)
Yummy food after gym.

However the service was so terrible at this outlet!!

I can’t believe I only paid $12 for a gigantic slab of foie gras and beef in a grain bowl! And it came with iced lemon tea too!

This is seriously super worth, especially if you love foie gras. My only gripe is that the beef was a bit too well cooked for me. I prefer my beef to be medium, but the lady at the counter said the beef is only served medium-well (iirc). So the beef was a little too chewy for my liking.

Otherwise, would highly recommend this deal! Really really worthwhile

$21 for two beef bowls + 2 glasses of iceπŸ‹ tea. Enjoyed the quick service and fuss free dining experience. Foie gras was seasoned well and tasted yummy! However I felt that the beef was a little over done, towards the well to well done side. Would have appreciated it better if I could request for medium rare 😁 will try it again!

Yummy at $10. Love the dressing and big slab of salmon.

This fell below my expectations as the chicken breast was too tough to even chew. As such the main star could not go well with the rest of the calefares such as the soba noodles and avocado. Still a healthy meal nonetheless but at this price point I can find something better.

Very refreshing & delicious lunch! Soba was tossed with shredded cucumber and carrot in yuzu wasabi dressing. Love the blend of flavors and textures from this bowl! Only gripe is that they don’t have wasabi πŸ˜…

I love how zesty and Crunchy this salad tastes with the sweet bursts of crimson red pomegranate .

The grilled salmon was fresh , moist and had a crispy skin .

Really good value for money .

New on the menu, this charcoal soba caught my attention. It was served with white fish which came in a huge portion (larger than I expected) but was disappointing as the fish was overcooked and hence too dry. However, the seasoning was what made it special - it had a Vietnamese/Thai flavour to it and was topped with an 'achar' of pineapple and onions tossed in mixed sauce. It's worth a try, but I wouldn't go for a second time cos the overcooked & dry white fish was rather disappointing );

Wheat Baumkuchen DIY regular size $12

Chasoba, grilled chicken breast, kimchi, chickpeas, edamame, shrimps and onion/garlic dressing

Very generous portion. Maybe I choose the wrong stuff. Chasoba (suppose to be their signature dish) is overcooked and mushy. Chicken is rather dry compare to my cooking and from other stores.

Had DIY salad bowl (regular,$12) with one carb, one protein and 4 toppings. Choose soba, grilled salmon, broccoli, prawn, asparagus, mushroom, and ends with yuzu sauce. Probably because I’m having it takeaway and it takes a while before I have it, the soba itself sticks together and cannot mix with the toppings at all.

$9.90 for chunks of salmon sashimi, avocado and lots of cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Topped with red rice base.

Really wholesome and fulfilling lunch choice. Was definitely value for money with the portioning.

So in 😍 with their chopped broccoli and cauliflower base that I eventually went to the supermarket to create my very own version. Anyway just newly opened this year is wheat's "ninja bowls" located conveniently at the basement of republic plaza, raffles place. They have pre- fixed bowls with proteins such as foie gras, beef, roast chicken, salmon sashimi, pork belly and sides. Otherwise you can DIY by mixing a base (usually broccoli n cauliflower mix, baby spinach, quinoa or rice with a protein and 2 or more sides such as pickled bean sprouts, edamame, kimchi, tofu, onsen egg, pumpkin and a lot more. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» prices start at $9
