Their omelette is pretty good, and so is their stir fried greens with dried prawns? It's minced so it's hard to tell what it was but the mild umami was nice

The tomato egg was a savoury style which is rare, and pretty decent.

The fish head is alright actl, the veg was pretty mild

It's rare to find a good one, usually the seasoning isn't good or the lean pork is tough

Kailan was nice too

Their preserved veg is damn mild

The pig trotters have a good braise ofc, since it's the same as the pigskin, but the meat could have been a tad more tender. Still good tho
