Wanhoi Yamch’a

Have always preferred savoury chee cheong fun over the sweet version, I love the rendition here with the silky soft skin delicately wrapping the prawn within. Another dish worthy of mention is the char siew bao here, which boasts a fluffy exterior. The filling was generous and slightly charred, while not being overly sweet. Each bite did not result in the dough clumping together like how some bao might turn out, making this worth every dollar. ⁣⁣⁣⁣

Heard good reviews about this dim sum place and paid them a visit early in the morning. Ordered an array of dim sum to try and they did not disappoint! The egg tart were wobbly, sweet and balances nicely with the flaky pastry which simply disintegrates in your mouth. A very satisfying meal to start off the day! ⁣⁣⁣
