The Türks absolutely love their breakfast, I just didn't know how serious they were until I arrived. This spread for them is considered "typical". They make any other "big breakfast" tiny in comparison and who cares if they ain't any bacon in there when you can have pastirma and sucuk along with cheese (loved the one containing herb and brine), a splendid and luscious kaymak, cacik, butter jam, olives, organic tomatoes, and rounded up with tahini, Nutella and a gorgeous honey.
