๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ก๐ข๐ค๐ฃ ๐๐ ๐ช๐ง๐ ๐๐ค๐ฃ (~$32.80) was perhaps a better option, as the Ikura served as bursts of oily umami flavouring against the sweeter Unagi.

๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ช ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ค๐ฃ (~$45.60) presented juicy Wagyu slices beside a half Unagi. While it sat pretty in the rice box, the Unagi lacked the smoky charred burnt flavour I love. ๐ Drizzled with sweet Unagi sauce, spoonfuls of plump and oily Unagi mixed in well with the multi-grain rice.
.
The Wagyu beef lacked flavour, and definitely could do with garlic chips or seasoning ๐ฑ

Tender slices of sashimi atop a bed of vinegar white rice. The rice was fluffy and sticky, which I enjoyed very much! ๐
(They use a premium grade of Hokkaido Yumepirika rice, which has a natural gloss when steamed, fluffy with a rich flavour profile.)
Unagi hitsumabushi ($32.80++ , or $29.80nett if u use j passport)
Unagi is nice and the broth is good too. Worth it!!
Choice of multi grain rice was a nice touch. Well grilled unagi with right amount of flavor, neither too salty nor ladened with sauce.

Unajyu Half - $23.80
ยท
Unajyu half is not as pricy but still as luxurious. Thick cut unagi sitting on top of Japanese rice bowl. Tender meat thatโs also well flavoured. Comes with chawanmushi topped with a small bite of unagi. Unagi lovers should drop by for a delicious meal
