The cheese cake is more firm than melty. Overall the sweetness of the speculoos / lotus Biscoff goes well with the cheese. There seems to be a layer of lotus spread within as well.
I did not find it too sweet. Prefer this to the lychee rose.
Lychee rose can be tricky. When not done well, it can have an artificial taste. Which was unfortunately the case for this.
The texture of the cheesecake is dense and the its taste is overpowered by the Lychee Rose.
The bubble pops on top is yummy though! Pops in your mouth.
