A revelation in how good catered food can be. With experience in the kitchens of several Michelin-starred restaurants back in the Netherlands, chef Tim's offerings are on par with brick and mortar fine dining establishments.
A must try is his velvety mushroom risotto that's luxuriously finished with black truffle that's freshly shaven just before serving. The creamy arborio rice literally melts in the mouth.

The tomato gazpacho with grilled prawns was a draw for all my friends as a savoury appetiser, while the beetroot salad with raspberry vinaigrette and goat cheese was probably more appealing to beetroot lovers as it had that slightly unpleasant raw veggie taste. #burpple
