Hidden in the middle of Singapore's CBD, The Garden Club is the perfect rooftop terrace getaway. With a fully renovated indoor and outdoor restaurant and bar, it's the place to take your colleagues for lunch or hang out with friends after work. We at the Garden Club also believe that eating healthy shouldn’t just be an occasional event, but an everyday affair. That’s why we created our quick-serve bowls, inspired by Southeast Asian over-the-counter food like Nasi Padang and Chap Chye Png Economy Rice. With options such as grilled meats, varieties of cooked/raw vegetables and a multitude of healthy grains, our wholesome bowls are available at an affordable price for everyday eating.

Covered in a light tempura-esque batter, and dusted with a slightly spicy curry powder, this was a great bar snack. And a great alternative for the quintessential fries. It was just annoying that they didn't cut off the top parts of the ladies' fingers cos that was too fibrous.

Hot and cheesy sticks with a crispy and flavorful breaded coating. Great even when they became cold. It tasted like chicken nuggets then. Came with a Gochujang mayo which was obviously gonna be a hit! For 6 pieces, it's pretty worth it. Go and sit outdoors! It's quite pretty and chill

Great for dates or after work drinks with the colleagues is this rooftop bar and restaurant at Downtown Gallery. For mains, get their vegetarian-friendly Garden Ragu Fettucine ($15) slathered in a delectable tomatoey housemade specialty 'Beyond' ragu sauce. Share their Beer Battered Chicken Tenders ($8) and Baby Hasselback Potatoes with Burnt Spring Onions ($10), then wash it all down with a glass or two of sweet yet tangy Rasa Sayang ($16) β€” a local variation of a white sangria. Pro-tip: drop by on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays from 7.30pm for live music!

Pretty cool place for brunch, dinner or just bar snacks with cheap cocktails (there’s live music too!) in the CBD.
