Prawns were big and the pasta was tasty! Loved the slightly spicy bits. The egg yolk was just right and creamy.
Had red sangria too! Really good.

The Truffle Fries ($16) is tossed in white truffle oil and topped with freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, black pepper and parsley. The fries are thin, crispy and aromatic.
The Wagyu Don ($32) features torched Wagyu beef on rice topped with onsen egg, ikura, pickel and spring onion. The beef is soft, smokey and full of flavour. The runny egg ties everything together and each bite is packed with umami. So good!
Generous portions of maguro tuna, salmon, onsen egg, tobiko and ikura, garnished with homemade sauces and pickled ginger. The fishes were fresh and chunky. Overall satisfying and worth the Burpple Beyond deal with a generous portion of tobiko crunch with every bite.
