Chicken thigh is tender & succulent, baked to slightly crispy at edge; curry mayo sauce is flavorful & rich; mango surprisingly complement the dish well & aids in balancing out the taste; sourdough is well-toasted to fluffy inside & crispy outside; came with crunchy greens; unique dish best for sharing as unexpectedly huge portion..

Quinoa is well-cooked to fluffy; mixed with fresh & crunchy kale; love the addition of pomegranate which add some sweetness to the dish; tossed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, etc.; pan-seared salmon fillet is fresh & well-cooked to perfection; with some cherry tomatoes at the side; a simple & light yet palatable dish worth a try..
