Sunday is off day for mum hence it's a weekly task for me to look around for good Chinese food near our neighbourhood. Thanks to @burpplekl , and now I have @theprincekl being added into my Sunday list!
I have lost count on how many dishes we had yesterday but this was one of my favourite: Buttered Chicken Chop (RM22). Not many chefs out there can make 'fluffy' butter (a.k.a Nai Yao in Cantonese), and look at this! 😍
Other recommendations: Sze Chuan pork with garlic sauce, Kam Heong fried rice, and soup !
Fried shimeji mushroom coated with salted egg yolk sauce 😍
This is super addictive, crispy on the outside, juicy in the center, coated with salted egg yolk. I can't stop myself from keep eating.
Dessert menu is not fixed, it change daily, you might not be able to get what you had before.
The interesting dessert here is a cheese and cookies mixture topped with vanilla ice cream and torched milk powder.
In the glass will be lemongrass jelly with barley and strawberry, it's light and refreshing. Love the barley that they add in with the nice texture to bite.
Flame flame burn all the fat.
Chef signature dish, Szechuan pork belly with special garlic sauce. Pork belly will be torch on the table before serving to create a nice charred flavor, pair with chef special garlic sauce. I love the slightly spicy garlic sauce so much. It gave extra "kick" to the dish.
A smooth steamed egg topped with shimeji mushroom. The sweetness of the mushroom do brighten up the plain steamed egg.
Means it's family time~ What better way to bond than with some really awesome porky goodness😍
