creamy scrambled eggs with herbs & marinated feta, alongside turkey bacon & served with croissant! I’ll rate this a 7/10! Nothing very special about this and i think there are better food options (e.g. buttermilk waffles!!!!!! this is amazing)

Visited The Populus on saturday at ~1045am. The place was really crowded despite it being a rainy morning (do remember to make a reservation!$ Service was quite fast and efficient and the staff were really friendly :-)

The food were all slightly pricey but apart from this, it was an amazing brunch experience.

The rosti is crispy and got some chewy inside, the hollandaise sauce creamy and lightly savory with poached egg on top of the rosti, the mushroom is savory and nice, all the vegie is crispy and fresh, and the smoked salmon is so so nice. It's really like a mashup of breakfast and lunch all thrown together in 1 plate. I like all of the taste.

Went to The Populus for lunch today and ordered a Populus All Day Big Brekky with Salmon ($28) and a Truffle Wagyu Beef Donburi Rice Bowl ($25)!😇 Big Brekky was delicious and I really enjoyed the rosti topped with the sauce and the poached eggs😍 Donburi on the otherhand was just normal (maybe I didnt really like the brown rice haha)

Overall ratings 8/10!!😇 A little pricey and the bowl was meh but the Brekky was great!!🤣

Topped with crab meat, scallops, tobiko and roasted cherry tomatoes, the pasta noodles were done al dente and coated with their homemade lobster bisque. The Seafood Linguine ($24) was flavourful as the bisque was rich though I wished they gave more of it as overall it was a tad dry. The wagyu beef grain bowl ($24), on the other hand, was much lighter in flavour and it felt very healthy. The wagyu slices were tender and served on a bed of quinoa, bulgar wheat and pearl barley.

Available in 2 sizes, the White 6oz was a full body while White 8oz was a balanced flavour with more milk. I had the 8oz which was smooth and nutty, and medium bodied with less acidity. Still a place for good coffee and chill vibes.
