But this lobster risotto still packed the richness and umami in the plate. The lobster meat was also done nicely, tender and delicious.

Omg this was SO good!!! The texture of this was more brownie-like, it was very fudgy and rich.

Hmm this was my second time trying this and I decided to ask them to put the Yuzu dressing on the side because it was quite overbearing the first time I had it.

The salmon didn't impress me because I felt like it was slightly overcooked (abit dry) and it wasn't very fresh. But I really like the dressing and I thought pairing the fish with sweet potato noodles was quite interesting!!

The portion was huge!! Could easily feed 2 I think, so that kinda justifies the steep price of this vegetarian dish.

Overall, I thought it was a fragrant and well-fried fried rice, I really liked that there was a light truffle scent that elevated the dish.

Indeed it was solid. Other than that, we ordered salmon with sweet potato noodle($28++), mac & cheese ($24++) and crab meat linguine ($24++). All are pretty good. They give generous portion of crab meat ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
Whats better is that they are having 1-for-1 in entertainer app! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป4/5

This pasta never fails to make my day!! The one and only thing I would order from Marmalade Pantry. The amount of pumpkin seeds, crab meat and pasta is definitely enough to keep your tummy full! Ambience was good and I had a good catch up with my friend over lunch.

with toffee sauce and Cold Stone Creamery's french vanilla ice cream.

Last meal of the night before we head off to the airport at dawn to fly to different places. It was a busy day today preparing for my business trip in Mandalay.

A tat too sweet especially for a human who enjoys but doesnt like sweet stuff nor vanilla...๐Ÿค”why cant they serve with chocolate? The sticky date pudding was quite nice though...u can really see the strands of dates as u pull it apart...

Iinguine with jumbo and lump crabmeat, pine nuts, tomatoes & chilli

Overall the dish was a little too dry, but the pasta was al dente tonight :) was a little disappointed that the crab was not shelled properly...a little crunchy. Not too spectacular a dish, the flavours quite nice but nothing too special about it.

Celeriac, carrots, onion, garlic flower, lobster tail, whole tiger prawn, lobster braised barley, sour cream & terragon

๐Ÿ’ธ: $32++
Pretty decently priced for lobster tail

Very interesting on the 1st bite as the barley provides a lumpier and chewy bite. Its not soft like risotto rice or barley in our drink. Quite an brow raising change. The flavours were slightly different from the usual, a creamier one would be preferred (I'm biased cause i prefer cream base pasta). It was a pity that the crustaceans were slightly overdone thus a little on the dry side. A dish that i don't mind ordering if i do step in again.

The cupcakes here are really good! Must order the jasmine white tea with gold flakes, it is SO good! The burger on the other hand was just average.

Pan-Seared Salmon - $28.00
On a bed of warm sweet potato noodles,
Sesame and cucumber with yuzu dressing

If only Sundays can be as long as the macaronis used in The Marmalade Pantry's Mac & Cheese (S$24.00), that would be so good......

On this skillet also comprises parmesan, truffled butter and (supposedly) a hint of blue cheese. Sheer comfort food for a precious Sunday. Given the generally quieter ambience (except for the music they play over the sound system), this place is deemed as a good place for gazing out of the glass walls too.

Somehow, something seems to be missing... oh, no meat.

It was a little spicy to me but they gave a generous toss of crabmeat in chunks!

Plating: Looks Pretty
Taste: the flaky halibut wrapped in bacon was plated with pumpkin puree. It lacked the WOW factor considering how pretty it looked. Just not bad cuz the halibut was fresh with a little sweetness. Maybe it was cause we also had the prawn & scallop linguine that was very flavourful and rich in taste that put this beauty in the shadows. Loved the asparagus but the tomatoes (although cooked on the outside) was still a little cold inside ๐Ÿ˜ถ
Cost: $28 (its on entertainer app)
Ambience: Spacious, pleasant (it wasnt crowded as it was pretty late already)
Verdict: i would definitely return to gobble the pasta and try something else
