💚Market Grill Tart ($15)
Im a hoe for pistachio so I totally loved this. The tart base was buttery while the pistachio elements were STRONK. There was a little well with super thick and rich pistachio butter in the middle of the tart, which was absolutely glorious.

🍦Choux Buns, Vanilla Ice Cream, Warm Chocolate Sauce & Almond ($10)
A simple yet satisfying dessert, these choux buns sandwich a large amount of vanilla ice cream. Its a pretty simple yet delectable dessert for the lovers of the classics.

🥧Rhubarb Apple Crumble & Vanilla Ice Cream ($10)
The perfect combo of textures, temperatures and flavours. Digging into this dessert was like stepping into an air-conditioned room and being greeted with a warm hug. The slight tartness and soft, mushy texture of the warm rhubarb was well balanced by the sweet vanilla ice cream, and the crumble on top was buttery and fragrant with a satisfying crunch.

🍮Crème Brûlée infused with Fresh Vanilla Beans ($10)
Probably my fav dessert of the night. The creme brulee was super rich and silky with the warmth of the vanilla beans accentuating its already luxurious flavour. The crispy torched sugar on top was the perfect textural contrast to the smooth custard.

🐟Papillote ($15)
This is only available for the lunch menu and is designed to be a convenient yet delicious takeaway option. Personally didn’t try this as I don’t take fish but it was so tender when cut into and my dining mates all loved it.

🥩Minute Steak, Mustard Cream Sauce 150g ($25)
This dish is meant to be for sharing but honestly I’d gladly devour the whole thing myself. The steak is tender but chewy enough with beefy undertones and delightful roasted broccolini, which was equally as good. The mash was a nice pairing due to its more neutral taste. Def must try!

🦞Lobster Bisque, Shellfish Meat, Hennessy Cognac 100ml ($10)
Super rich, creamy and complex in taste with a strong shellfish taste. Everyone at the table was really impressed, and even I, someone who doesn’t like seafood, enjoyed it!

🦪Steamed Mussels, Saffron Cream Sauce, Sourdough ($20)
Didnt try the mussels cuz I don’t like it but the saffron cream sauce was really creamy with a sour tartness to balance it out, not bad.

🐌Baked Escargot, Tomato Fondue, Garlic Butter ($15)
This was my first time trying escargot, it honestly tasted just like a mushroom, even in texture. Not my favourite dish but maybe that’s cuz I’m not into escargot to begin with.

🍞House Butters & Bread ($10)
This is honestly one of the best bread dishes I’ve ever had… 3 slices of brioche (you can choose your preferred kind, either brioche, sourdough or nut) paired with 2 tubs of Smoked Butter and Seaweed Butter. I didnt just go back for seconds, I had thirds and fourths and fifths to the point where I was hella jelak but it was worth it!! Every bread and butter fan’s dream come true, MUST TRY!!!

The Seafood Sando brings together a crispy shrimp and potato katsu and some creamy mayo dressing sandwiched in between two toasted fluffy bread. Topped with tobiko and chunks of shrimps, the scrumptious seafood sando was a burst of flavour and texture. Overall a very solid and satisfying sando.

[ lobster roll 🦞 ($58)]
Whole air-flown Boston lobster with herb pommery mayonnaise, Tobiko between toasted brioche bread served with a spread of curly fries and salad 😍 topped up $8 for salmon roe 😝 this is the best lobster roll I had in Singapore so far - very comparable with B&L😉 it’s better priced with fresh tender and juicy thick lobster meat 🥰 and zesty tangy sweet sauce✨ highly recommend!

We also tried the fish and chips. I was impressed to see they use actual spuds. The fish used was pollock which had a delicious sweet, fresh-tasting flavor. And the batter...wow. Crisp, deep-fried golden brown and perfect batter to fish ratio. You can’t really ask for me in a fish and chip.

I had the lobster roll ($48) and LOVED IT. The lobster is so bouncy, sweet and fresh, plus it’s from Maine too!! They came tossed in some mayo based sauce which thankfully was not too rich or overpowering. And the fluffy brioche bun was the perfect vessel for the lobster. The ebiko added some crunch and was the perfect cherry on the cake. It came with curly fries and some salad greens. The fries were super crispy and yummy too!!

Came here for my birthday meal and utilized Chope vouchers for a good deal. Ordered 1/2 dozen oysters, the lobster roll, whole lobster and ended the night with a sweet ending - valhorna slutty brownie! Burps so filling and satisfying!

The Market Grill's signature dish is their lobster roll.

Meat from an entire lobster with herbed pommery mayonnaise (yum!) is stuffed into an utterly delicious toasted brioche bun and topped with some salmon roll.

It is sinfully good but do note that the prices are subject to market price fluctuations which is definitely more expensive due to covid-19!

The Market Grill's signature cheese burger is without a doubt one of the best burgers in town IMHO.

A 150g angus chuck patty is cooked to medium rare perfection and sandwiched between an amazing brioche bun with bacon, grilled red onions, melted aged cheese, jalapenos, lettice, pickles and some house sauce. The burger is then served with some incredibly crisp and addictive chips on the side.

The beef patty is juicy and tender and the combination of the different ingredients in one bite was just absolutely divine. For most burgers, the buns are usually subpar and treated as a sideshow. However, Market Grill's buns were just so goooood - crisp on the outside and yet soft and pillowy on the inside. It holds its shape incredibly well and soaks up the beef juices like a sponge.

I will definitely be back for more!

Succulent tender Cote De Boeuf w sautéed mushrooms and potatoes. The mushrooms and potatoes were so bland I really wonder if they forgot to season it .

Cod Fish Burger which promises a perfectly-grilled, succulent, and buttery Black Cod sandwiched between a light and fluffy parmesan bun.
