I won't expect much when I eat an oyster because they will just taste like oysters or just fresh oysters. I think they seasoned with shallot, vinegar and tabasco. It's so nice!
This is Oyster Roulette from Fish Manhattan at Marina Square at $8. One of the oyster has extra spice in it. If you're not up for it you can get the normal one without the extra spice oyster!

Service wasnt that good by the malay lady but the food was hella awesome and i had a bloated stomach on my way home. 😅

The fish is delicious
The sauce is awesome, the lemon gives a tangy flavour to the sauce which it's 😍😍😍😍

While there are three sauces (garlic herb, spicy seafood and coriander) to choose from, we enjoyed it most with just a dash of lemon juice to bring out the natural sweetness and freshness!
