Soft, delicate with an infusion of hokkaido lavender crepes, sandwiched with floral earl grey cream and garnished with lavender flowers made this a pleasantly delectable dessert. The only concern was I felt that the lavender flavor overpowered the earl grey, but I really love that it is on the not-so-sweet side π

Stumbled upon Sumiyaki at the cathay and decided to try it out. The teriyaki don comes with a miso soup($7.80) as a set which is not too bad in my opinion considering the relatively large portion size. They were really generous with the chicken and because it looked so good I had to dig in without filming the egg oopsπ

. Anyways the kebabs were a separate order, the buta bara shio(chicken) being $1.50 and the sausage one being $1.90. Opened by brothers of arms, Dylan Ong & Joshua KhooγWe all know Savuer has been in town for quite some time and a good decision was made to branch out the second outlet at The Cathay. Another fine-dine restaurant with fancy food art at an affordable price filled with four different sections on menu.

Bespoke of the dishes was skillfully prepared by the chefs using cooking techniques found at a higher end restaurants.
