[CLOSED] The Connoisseur Concerto (Bugis Junction Atrium)

Snapper, mushrooms, leek and grilled pressed potato in a frothy matcha-lemongrass gravy. I liked this dish, each of the individual ingredients were well-cooked and tasty and everything went well together. The gravy was a bit too salty and I couldn’t taste the matcha, but it’s a minor complaint in an otherwise good dish.

Presentable dish with an alluring runny yolk centred in all the seafoody goodness. There’s a pretty generous portion of clams, hotate and shrooooms! However, it was laden with chopped garlic too! 😩

Back at TCC again for the baby crayfish spaghetti and wagyu beef burger. Tried the iced taro latte while my friend had the taro blend.

Not bad but quite jelak towards the end due to the overwhelming taste of truffle. Perhaps better for sharing instead.

doesn’t that sound like a dream? it tasted like one too. as expected it wasn’t too sweet and every mouthful was a mix of textures! loved that the cake was p big too. i’ll definitely get this again if i visit TCC
