tender wagyu beef slices glazed w a black pepper sauce (albeit a lil too overpowering imo), mixed veges and an oozy onsen egg over a bed of brown rice makes for a healthy, hearty meal

Check out the upcoming @TigerBeerSG β€˜s Tiger Street Food Festival happening on the 8th of June at Tan Que Lan Street from 5pm till 1030pm, where it would bring together new and aspiring hawkers from all walks of life.
One of the hawkers would be Tasty Street - Our Little Red Dot.
Can’t wait to have @TastyStreetSG β€˜s Braised Iberico Pork Rice Bowl again, whose braised fatty pork was so tender and flavourful.
Just nice to wash down with a can of icy cold #TigerSilver . .

Picked their braised Iberico pork belly Don and was utterly satisfied.
Very tender pork belly that was so flavourful and tasty. Combined with their vegetables, torched corns and Onsen egg, it was a bowl of happiness for us. It reminded us of Taiwanese 滷肉飯 but was distinct on its own. Also liked that they used brown rice which gave it the pleasant bite and healthy touch.
Gonna return for this and the next time, we’d top up more ingredients for even more happiness.

Finally got to try this beef bowl at MOE cafeteria ($6.50) and it's..... Worth it!!! Cuts are of great quality and they have interesting sauces like Wolfberry Wine. (maybe I could try pairing with the truffle one next time). With 3 veggies and 1 onsen egg: the day's nutrition is definitely clocked.

Be warned though, the queue to enter the cafeteria at lunch time can be pretty long
