Available at @sweetmonstersg in @hillionmall
Selected caramel & cheese 🧀 mix popcorn 🍿. Crunchy popcorn 🍿 over real deep milk ice cream was yummy.
Also tried the blueberry cheesecake but it’s too rich.
Interesting to find cookies 🍪 (S$3/Box) and cotton floss (S$2/ cup) too.

Apart from the signature popcorn softserve which @sweetmonstersg has always been known for, the outlet at Hillion Mall also serves up Korean bingsu topped with milk softserve and cheesecake cubes as well! ✨ Prices of bingsu ranges from $5 for the original to $9.50 for the one with cheesecake. The one featured here is a peanut butter cheesecake bingsu that comes with pretzel bits, peanut butter sauce, sliced banana and strawberries atop a cup of snowflake-like korean bingsu and of course, not forgetting the signature milk softserve. The highlight to me here was the cheesecake cubes that surpassed expectations as it had a smooth and creamy texture with a luscious pleasant tinge of sweetness. Surprisingly not overwhelming and pretty additive for me! The milk softserve was also soft, smooth and creamy with a pleasant dairy flavour and aroma that wasn’t saccharine like what I had expected, and also less sweet as compared to the Jcube outlet. Coupled with fresh slices of banana and strawberries that provided a tinge of acidity to cut through the sweetness, the bingsu had a fluffy and snowflake-like texture which was enjoyable and a good companion to the other elements. Not forgetting the pretzels that provided a pleasant crispness, this is one of the cheapest bingsu that you can find around, with most places priced with at least 2 digits. And also, one that holds up to quality and quantity! Best to share it among 2 or if you have a really sweet tooth, a portion should suffice for your own indulgence .
Many thanks to @sweetmonstersg for the invite to try out the bingsu and also taking the time to present the different merchandises available. Really amazed to know that sweet monster comprises of different characters bearing different names(and flavours). PSSSS.... also heard that there would be 2 more new outlets in the near future soon! Hint: For those staying in the north or travels frequently, you guys are in luck! .
