We came for the salmon fair. This is one of the items. There's no sauce per se and it's more like shallot flavour than mala. Delicious.

First time encountered this. Interesting! I love onion already and together with mayo they balanced the fish well.

These contained legit tako, but the balls were small and boring.

Wah intense. The roe very salty. The mayo balanced it. The one with cream cheese was worse. It's just pure salty.

I think I prefer aburi over broil. Basil and mozzarella are quite strong so this was a rich sushi.

We came for the salmon fair. This is one of the items. Fresh salmon is apparently a thing and it's more expensive. I couldn't tell the difference. And it also means the rest aren't fresh?
