An asian-inspired number which is made up of white sourdough loaded with gochujang-glazed spam, fried egg, aged cheddar, kimchi and caramelised onion. It is topped off with a drizzle of mayo and nori flakes. This was a very filling and satisfying sandwich though it felt a bit heavy for me and was a tad messy eating it.
